All icon commissions are custom works created specifically for each client. Due to the bespoke nature of our work:

• A non-refundable deposit is required to begin work on any commission
• Completion times vary based on complexity and current workload
• Final pricing is determined after consultation and agreement on specifications
• Colors and details may vary slightly from reference images due to the handmade nature of our work

We reserve the right to refuse any commission for any reason at any time.

SECTION 3 - ACCURACY OF INFORMATION

We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete or current. The material on this site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon or used as the sole basis for making decisions without consulting primary, more accurate, more complete or more timely sources of information. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

Payment terms will be agreed upon before commencement of any commission work. Typically, a deposit of 50% is required upfront, with the remaining balance due upon completion.

Photographs of completed commissions may be used by Masterwork Icons for portfolio and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Icons are shipped worldwide with full insurance and tracking. Shipping costs are calculated based on destination, size, and weight of the package.

We are not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may be charged by your country. These are the responsibility of the recipient.

Delivery times are estimates only and we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates. We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.
